- Daily Housekeeping Service
Your space is refreshed every day with care and discretion, ensuring a calm and effortless stay.

- Front Office Hours: 09:00 - 17:00
Our team is available daily to assist you with anything you may need during your stay. For anything beyond these hours, we're just a message or call away.

- Luggage Storage
Available during front office hours (09:00 - 17:00).

- Transfers
Please note that AELIA does not arrange transfer services from the port.
However, taxis and car rentals are readily available upon arrival, and we'll be happy to provide directions or assistance with contact details if needed.

- Payment Policy
To confirm your stay, all reservations are paid in full during check-in.
We kindly ask that payments are completed upon arrival.

- Additional Guests
For each extra guest, a charge of €20 per stay applies.
This fee is kindly settled upon arrival at check-in.

- Check-In Time
Check-ins are available until 17:00.
If you expect to arrive later, please contact us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.

- Check-Out
We kindly ask that check-out is completed by 11:00 AM, so we can ensure the same calm and comfort for the next arrival.

- Cancellation Policy

At AELIA, we understand that plans may change.
To ensure a fair and flexible process for all guests, please note the following terms:

  • Cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date may be made free of charge.

  • For cancellations made within 14 days of arrival or in case of no-show, the cost of the first night will be charged.

  • In case of early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations be communicated to us in writing as soon as possible.

- Damages & Art Care
Our spaces are designed with love and care, featuring unique artworks and selected objects.
We ask guests to treat them thoughtfully.
In case of any damage, the cost of repair or replacement will be charged upon check-out.

- Eco Mindfulness

At AELIA, we embrace a gentle, conscious approach to hospitality.
Linens and towels are changed every three days, helping us reduce water and energy use.
If you'd like immediate replacement, simply leave used items on the floor - our housekeeping team will refresh them the same day.
